OTA Learning Center Locations

Our occupational therapy assistant program brings an accessible OTA education to a region near you with learning centers in California, Texas, Minnesota and Virginia. As a student at St. Catherine University, you’ll complete a series of 12 skills labs at over 10 locations across the United States.

You will work through six core areas of occupational therapy practice at each location with a cohort of dedicated peers. Skills labs at St. Kate’s have a 12-1 student-instructor ratio, allowing for more personalized instruction to help prepare you for the fieldwork portion of your OTA education.

Skills Labs Locations

Virginia

St. Kate’s offers skills labs in two convenient Virginia locations: Norfolk and Fairfax. Both locations provide easy access to major airports, train stations, and a variety of nearby hotels and restaurants, ensuring a comfortable and accessible experience for students.

California

Our skills labs in California are located in two dynamic areas. The Los Angeles Metro location offers convenient access to major airports, public transportation, and a variety of hotels and dining options. Meanwhile, our San Jose location is situated in the heart of Silicon Valley, providing easy access to transportation hubs, as well as numerous lodging and restaurant choices.

Texas

We offer skills labs in three of Texas’s largest metropolitan areas: Houston, San Antonio, and Dallas-Fort Worth. San Antonio provides easy access to airports and public transportation, with a wide selection of accommodations and dining options nearby. Houston, a major hub for business and industry, is easily accessible and offers excellent transportation links for students. The Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex is a central location for travel, with comprehensive transit systems and ample hotels and restaurants, providing convenience for students in both cities.

Minnesota

St. Paul, the sibling city to neighboring Minneapolis, is home to St. Kate’s skills labs, conveniently located near several leading healthcare providers. With its proximity to healthcare hubs and strong transportation links, St. Paul offers students easy access to essential amenities in a well-connected urban setting.
